  • Life Coaching is a collaborative process that helps clients set and achieve their personal and professional goals. Unlike therapy or counseling, which typically focus on resolving past issues and healing, life coaching can touch on the past but only to gather momentum. The main focus in Life Coaching is helping clients identify their dreams and goals, discover what’s standing in their way, navigate transitions and step into a passion filled life.

  • A Life Coach can help with many areas, including career, relationships, health, finances, spiritual and personal growth.

  • Life Coaching may be a good fit if you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or lacking direction in your life, or if you want to achieve specific goals and improve your overall well-being. Coaching really helps you uncover and understand any limiting beliefs and fears that are holding you back and create choice in how you think and feel going forward.

  • There are many life coaching certification programs. I chose IPEC Coach Training Program, a 9 month comprehensive and immersive learning experience. As part of IPEC’s program, I have three research- backed certifications, Certified Professional Coach, Energy Leadership® Index Master Practitioner and C.O.R.E. Dynamics® Specialist.

  • The length of life coaching varies depending on your goals and needs, but it often lasts for several months. I offer a package of 6 sessions and usually plan to meet with clients weekly, bi-weekly or monthly depending on your preference.

  • Absolutely, most of my Life Coaching sessions are over Zoom.

  • The cost for 6 sessions of Life Coaching is $1,199.
